By using EchoMate, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and any additional guidelines or policies provided.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service.
2. Use of the Service
You agree to use EchoMate only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the service to generate or share unlawful, harmful, or offensive content.
- Reverse-engineer, tamper with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform.
- Use the service in a way that disrupts its functionality or interferes with other users.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
- EchoMate may offer both free trials and paid subscription plans.
- By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (monthly) through our payment partner.
- No refunds will be issued for subscriptions. However, your account will remain active and fully usable until the end of your current billing cycle, even if you choose to cancel your subscription early.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
5. AI Use Disclaimer
EchoMate leverages advanced artificial intelligence to generate responses based on user input. While we strive to provide helpful, relevant, and accurate responses, you acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may occasionally be incorrect, misleading, outdated, or inappropriate.
- EchoMate does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice, and any decisions made based on AI responses are at your own risk.
- You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying the accuracy, reliability, and suitability of any AI-generated content before acting upon it.

You acknowledge and agree that:
- EchoMate may transmit chat messages to third-party model providers in order to generate responses.
- These conversations may be used by those providers to improve and train their models, subject to their own privacy policies and terms of use.
- EchoMate does not directly retain or use your chat data for training our own models, but relies on external providers whose training practices may include anonymized usage data.
